Hi friends—

At long last, I've finally returned to my first game. Two years is a long time for a post-game jam polish, but this game holds a special place in my heart, and I wanted to give it the treatment it deserves.

Presenting the new REMASTERED VERSION 2.0 edition of The Demon, Lilith.

Major Updates:

• All backgrounds hand-redrawn at higher resolution
• New save game system

Minor Changes/Fixes:

• Content warning now requires an input, instead of proceeding automatically
• Settings now saved between sessions
• Windows icon resolution improved
• Minor visual polish to dialog UI
• Fixed bug that unintentionally allowed dialog hover states during pause menu
• Game executable now packaged as separate .exe and .pck files

No changes have been made to any of the story or writing. This update aims to be as close as possible to the original game jam release, adding only features that improve quality-of-life, and polishing visuals without changing the game's identity.

If you played the original version, then play the remaster and don't notice what changed, then I've done my job correctly.

And, of course, if you prefer the original version, it will always be available alongside the latest remastered edition.
